The custom-building process offers so many more benefits over building a standard plan with a project builder. Work closely with the builder and the Building designer will meet you out on site for a free consultation following a discussion of your design brief, budget, site constraints and opportunities. This allows us to prepare a tailored quote to suit your specific project requirements.

 We will provide a breakdown, of specific council and building requirements that must be met, and how to respond to them. A site analysis diagram will start to communicate key opportunities and constraints, like views, orientation, easements and neighbouring properties.  The information gained at this early stage is critical to the project’s success.

Renovations & Extensions

We specialise in Renovations and Extensions. The processes needed for renovations are quite different from building a new home.  Surfside Homes can manage the process right from the design stage through to completion.  Managing the budget constraints can be tricky in the renovation game so we can help guide you to the right outcome from the start.  We can then give you a fixed price contract that takes the guesswork out and means you can get finance for the project without any issues.

New Home

Helping a client achieve their ultimate dream home is what we love and strive for!  Any type of style, budget and level of finish is within our capabilities. The design of your new home must suit your lifestyle and your budget, however it must also consider the fall of the land, solar orientation, flood or vegetation overlays, prevailing winds and site access. We often find that sites are purchased due to the potential for views and this often becomes a key consideration in the design of the home.
